When opening Microsoft Office files, my computer is displaying strange characters.
This is because the version of Microsoft Office on your computer is older than the one used to create the tutorials you are opening. You can install the following update to allow opening of these new files which will allow you to open (docx, pptx, xlsx, etc files)

Withdrawals requests are shown immediately on your account with processing status, but will take 2-4 weeks before they will be sent to you via Paypal.
When withdrawals are processed they are sent via Paypal Masspay, this prevents you from being charged any Paypal fees. The withdrawal line in your transaction history will be updated to saying Processed, and the date will be updated to the time the withdrawal was processed.
We are unable to immediately send payments out via Paypal due to anti-fraud reasons; a few bad apples have ruined it for everyone.

When ever a user asks a question that your tutorial meets the requirement of, you and the user will be informed about the tutorial and they can purchase it based on the preview provided.
There is a charge of 50 cents every time you add funds less than $5. Please keep that in mind the next time you have to add funds.
Generally this occurs when a user on Student of Fortune has issued a chargeback against us regarding a solution they purchased from you. As a result, we've taken the funds from your account to cover the chargeback. In the situation where the chargeback is decided in our favor, the funds will be returned to your account.
