1. Learning Team Instructions: Executive Summary The Executive Summary needs to be 7 – 10 pages PLUS cover sheet and references cited.  Graphs, charts and other pertinent data need to be included in the 7 – 10 pages. 

• Resources: Internet or other resources; annual report for the company of your choice

• Select a company for analysis by your team that has been (1) profitable for the last three fiscal years, (2) is not a bank/financial institution, and (3) is on a major U.S. Stock Exchange.

• The team will give a 20 to 30 minute presentation on their Executive Summary as though they are presenting to either:

1.) The organization’s Board of Directors,

2.) A financial institution where the organization wants to obtain financing,

3.) A large investment firm who has a group of investors.

• Attach a copy of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flow from the Annual Report to your assignment.
