3.     Individual Assignment: Apply the Learning Curve Theory 

•     Submit process performance data (5 to 10 points) for the performance metric(s) identified in the Pizza Store Layout Simulation. 
•     Write a paper with no more than 700 words in which you consider an alternative to the process. How can you apply the learning curve concepts to test the alternative against the existing process? That is, how good will the new process data be initially? 
•     Continue to collect data on the process identified in Week One.
