She went to the barber and got a âbuzz.â After it was done, she said âthat wasnât as bad as I thought it would be.â Of course, while having this done, the encouragement and cheers from the customers was heartfelt and made it fun. She is now 18 with long beautiful hair and is in remission. While she did not have a choice, she chose to lose it all at once as opposed to the psychological trauma of handful by handful.
