Use Ch. 3 of Diversity Consciousness, outside resources, and personal experiences to develop a strategy for building connections between diverse coworkers.

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper outlining your strategy for the organization. Your strategy must address the following:

·         What are the possible barriers to success (biases, stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination, and exclusionary behavior) and communication issues in your selected organization?

·         How can these barriers and issues be avoided?

·         How can they be addressed when they occur?

·         How does the workplace promote connections among a diverse workforce and a sense of team unity within the company or department?

·         How does the company or department handle issues of prejudice and discriminatory and exclusionary behavior?
