Lower value is 95
Upper value is 105, at the 2 st dv value of 5 which means 1 st dv is 2.5 +/- but the population st dv is 2.083 which is smaller than 2.5. Also sample interval is outside of tolerance interval of population, so all this indicate that we should not select Tesla as a vendor
