• Your understanding of diversity and multi-cultural practice

• Your personal assessment of knowledge, skills, and abilities with regards to diversity and multi-cultural practice

• Things you need to change about yourself (e.g. biases, prejudices, perceptions, stereotyping, racial or cultural superiority, etc)

• Specific strategies you will use to implement this change and develop strong multi-cultural practice skills
