Assume you are the instructional designer in the human resources department of a midsized corporation assigned the task of creating instruction that addresses the appropriate use of personal e-mail and phone calls on company time. What information do you expect to find in the needs assessment and gap analysis? What factors might affect the goals you set for this instruction?

Preview: ... for their children such as toilet learning, discipline, nighttime routines/issues, literacy, and nutrition to name a few. The model that I feel I followed closest to would be the Kemp, Morrison, and Ross. The reason I related more to this model is because the nature of the program I worked for and the audience I would be engaging. In each group meeting you have a population of very diverse styles of parenting and careful consideration has to be taken in each area of discussion so that the message is received clearly and keep parents from becoming defensive and shut down to accepting the information shared.  As the presenter a ...
