Considering social status and social classes:  

1)  Identify key primary and secondary groups to which you belong.  From a Social Identity Theory perspective, discuss ways you ‘identify’ with each group.  How does social status and social class play into your identification of these groups?  

2)  Discuss your involvement with these various groups in terms of Social Network Theory and how technology impacts the way you interact with these groups. 

3)  Describe one leader in any of your primary or secondary groups who you would consider to demonstrate strong leadership traits?  What makes that leader important to the success of the group?
