I have a paper due for my college history class (not high school even though the question seems like it). I don't want a whole essay. I'm horrible at starting essays off, so I need an introduction. It should be about a paragraph, or a little more... with a clear thesis. I don't want it to be too long, because I'd like to build off it myself. I also need an outline for the rest of my essay, with a topic sentence for each paragraph if possible so I can build off the idea(s) myself when I start writing my paper. Thanks!

The French Revolution was a failure. Do you agree/disagree with this statement? Your answer should discuss the goals of the Revolution, the events of the Revolution, and talk a little about Napoleon.
