For this discussion we will examine organizational benefits. Suppose ABC Therapeutic Services is developing a new clinic in your city. ABC is comprised of a large corporation which operates in 23 states and provides inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment. The organization seeking information from various agents regarding the development of a benefits package for its employees (approx. 5 doctors, 12 psychologists, 20 case managers and 42 support staff). You have been contacted to provide a proposal on the psychological effects of benefits.
