Case Study, A high school student and is eager to gain some muscle mass.  He eats a diet that consists primarily of processed fooods ( fast food, cafeteria. etc.) He is anxious to get stronger so that he can go wut for the wrestling team.  Profile:  age 14 years old, Male, Resting Heart Rate is 70 bpm, he is 5'10" 120lbs, percent of body fat is 9%. Looking at the information I have given you, discuss the fitness tests or methods of evaluation that should be used to assess the client, providing rationale for your recommendations.  Be sure to address the specific conditions presented by this client.  ( He has come to you because you are a personal trainer).  Also provide a detailed, comprehensive, 12-week periodized traiing program, including specific sets, repetitions, and exercises, utilizing an integrated approach.  Last, discuss nutritional strategies and supplement recommendations wtih a rational for your choices.
