These different theories have things in common and differences. Consensus, Conflict, and Interaction all have to do with people, but the first is a biological perspective. Conflict is based primarily on the idea of consumption and social class, and there being a resentment of one group by another. Interaction does not assume that there will always be a negative reaction when one group interacts with another, but it does allow for the possibility.
