• Select a health care organization with which you are at least somewhat familiar (e.g., your local clinic or your dentist’s practice). Write a ten to twelve (10-12) page paper in which you:

•  Determine what your selected organization would need to take into account when making pricing and service decisions.

•  Describe the overall planning process and the likely components of the selected organization’s financial plan. Be sure to include discussion as to how you arrived at answer(s).

•  Discuss how time value analysis would help your selected organization make sound management decisions (use specific examples to illustrate your response).

•  Recommend a major investment for the organization you selected using net present value, pertinent financial ratios, and break-even analysis.

•  Determine the most likely way your selected organization should address financial risk and required returns.
• Provide at least four (4) qualified sources, e.g., peer-reviewed journals, professional organization Website, or health care provider Websites.

•  Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.

• Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required page length.
