My questions about future correctional issues are what do you think about these issues, your position on: Is the segregation of HIV-positive inmates ethical? Are conjugal and familial visitations effective rehabilitation concepts? Should serial killers and violent sexual offenders be quarantined? How these three issues are either important or not important considerations for correctional planners?
