Based on your findings submit a report by Monday, October 27, 2008 outlining the most common types of complaints and the process by which your local BBB resolves these disputes. In the report include your opinion about whether there are adverse consequences for businesses that are repeat offenders and why. Also include your suggestions about how BBB can improve its processes for dispute resolution.
In your report add an appendix to include the questionnaire, with the corresponding answers, that you used to interview the BBB officials.
