Pretend you were put in charge of creating a new social program and money for funding wasnÂ’t an issue. Outline the theory, design, and specification of the program you would
create. (For an example, see p. 144). Justify your decision for choosing to create that particular social program. Keep in mind that generally Â“theoryÂ” is a group or set of
interrelated ideas thought to explain the causes and effects of a specific problem. The outline and justification should be approximately 300 words.
