The following questions need to be answered in short essay (min.250 words);

1)What are the different types of juvenile offenders? What behaviors have been noted as being indicative of the likelihood of a juvenile becoming an offender? Relate the risk behaviors to the types of offenders.

2)Briefly describe the evolution of urban gangs in the United States. How does this relate to juvenile crime?

3)How would you quantify success for the Juvenile Justice System? How does the system need to change and evolve to be successful?
