would you use internet any differently if you thought that the goverment might be monitoring your e-mail and internet activirty? Your college or university owns the rights over all e-mail activity you engage in through the schools e-mail server. To what extent do you think the university monitors use of the internet? Should hate speech, bomb-making instructions, or goverment documents be censored on the internet?
