The owner had no clue what to do and had left the whole thing to one person to run. She up and left him without any notice or showing anyone else what to do. He hired me in to help figure out the computer system and everything else in the company. I told him several times that there needed to be another person there to help because it was too much for one person to be thrown into. I did what I could and made things work as best as I could. Alot of important things were put off because he was worried about the dumb stuff. After a couple weeks of me telling him repeatedly to hire someone to help and me working over 50 hours, he finally broke down and hired another person. When she got there, we sat down and wrote out everything that was behind, and everything that needed to be done and when it needed to be done by. We had a great system going on and I finally could relax more and had a steady 40 hour week. It would have been great if the owner would have been able to see past what he wants and what the company needs and owes. I left because of bad paychecks, too many bill collectors calling, and the owner constantly griping about finding ways to short paychecks and bills so he can have stupid things that he did not need and most of the time never used.<br>Wk4 dq1<br>Dress for the job you want, n ...
