I need help with two examples of fictional portrayals in the courtroom found in books, movies and television. The two could be of defendents, court reporters, witnesses, baliffs or county clerks.

Identify the Courtroom Participant
Describe the role of the courtroom participant in the courtroom process (about 30 words in length)
1. Prosecutor
The prosecutor represents the complainant and the state to present evidence to prove that the accused is guilty of the crime charged. A prosecutor will try to prove you guilty. The prosecutor works for the state.



2. Defense Attorney
The defense attorney presents evidence to disprove the allegations of the complainant and witnesses. If you commit a crime, you will set at a table with your defense attorney. Your defense attorney will try to prove you innocent. Defense attorneys work independently.



3. Judges
Judges are in charge of trials ...
