Classmate Answer: Communication and information exchange are very important in a project's success. The main communication the project manager has with its employees is their project plan that has the task and it's duration which they need to finish. This plan needs revision and should be revisited throughout the project. The company should also conduct project meeting that has an important, clear and in order agenda which impart the overall vision as well as the major concerns of the project. This will also be the good way to hear out the concerns of other employees.

2.)Explain the risks associated with leveling resources, compressing or crashing projects, and imposed durations or "catch-up" as the project is being implemented.

Classmate Answer: The problem with using only internal employees is that they have other jobs and function that must be completed as well. So you don't get their full attention. You may get three to ten hours a week. This can be very stressful on the employee, project manager, and the the employee's manager. Usually some type of matrices is implemented to ensure everyone gets a fair share of the employee's time.
