We have had for the last 6 months an average 7655 miles between service interruptions
with a 1000 mile standard deviation.  On a recent sample of 36 buses, sampled randomly, at the
99% Confidence, Can we expect the average to exceed 8000 miles.

Now, Rerun this at 95% confidence and Can we Expect the average to exceed 8000 miles?

If there is a different answer, Explain why
