Practical Applications Presentation (due week 5). Students will submit a 10 to 12-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation with presenter notes.

Be sure to address the following in your presentation:

a.      Identify two licensed professionals in the field of abnormal psychology (e.g., psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, pastoral counselors) and examine how these professionals utilize the concepts of abnormal psychology.

b.      Analyze the legal and ethical issues related to licensed and unlicensed professionals in the field of abnormal psychology.

c.      Explain how the concepts of abnormal psychology can be applied outside the therapeutic environment (e.g., business, education, family life, social settings).
