Change is a fact that every organization faces and they need to develop a good ability to handle it effectively trough well planned programs, the better the change is handle, the more competitive the organization will become. When Interclean and Envirotech merge the organization took a new strategic direction. Interclean will no longer sell only cleaning products, it will also provide full service cleaning solutions for organizations in the health care industry. This change implied a new product or service that is going to be offered by the organization an a good developing-training plan for the personnel that is going to stay or be hire is going to be necessary to help them succeed in their new positions and accomplish organization goals. After performing a job analysis and defining the work requirements for the position of salesperson at Interclean, the Manager of the sales department selected the following personnel to sell the cleaning products and cleaning services: •    Jim Martin, who works at Interclean as the Vice President of Sales . •    Tom Gonzalez, who was recruited from Envirotech and he had the position of Sales Manager. •    Mark Pierce, who works at Interclean as an Outside Sales Representative •    Dennis White, who works at Interclean as an  Outside Sales Representative •    Eric Borden, who works at Interclean as an Outside Sales Representative •    Ving Hsu, who comes from Envirotech where he worked as an Outside Sales Representative •    Terry Garcia, who comes from Envirotech too and worked there as an Outside Sales Representative As you can see on the personnel that the Sales Manager selected, he only kept 4 persons that were actually working at Interclean and recruited 3 salespersons from Envirotech, these decisions made searching the best personnel that will perform according to organization expectations under the new direction.  By keeping 4 current employees the organization went for the training trend of “maintain high levels of talent” because of all the high value that they add to their operation.     The previous paragraphs were and introduction of what is happening with the organization and the personnel that was acquired for the sales department to be able to make clear and determine the training and mentoring needs that are going to be as follows: •    Introduction training for the new employees of Interclean.
