Users need to keep in mind that tutorials are meant to help you learn. They are in no way meant to allow
or aide you in cheating. There is a policy on this site stating this.
With that being said if you want someone to write a paper for you, you should be using it to learn from.
If you turn it in the plagiarism consequences that result are on you, not the tutor.
For all those looking for help and wanting to learn I am more than happy to assist you. If you leave
unfair ratings because a paper was not turn in ready then I will block you.
