Do me a favor. Do not purchase my work, then ask for refunds simply because you need the money just to get free work done. It don't work that way. I have been given bad ratings because I won't give refunds to people who simply just want free work done. It don't work that way. I provide refunds if people are not happy with what I have done and if the mistakes are legitimate and nothing can be worked out between us. If there is something wrong in the paper I do, tell me what needs to be fixed and I will fix it. I provide refunds only when there are legitimate reasons. I am here to help and not be screwed.
