WE ARE HERE TO HELP SO PLEASE ASK FIRSTApr 27, 2013 at 3:14:15PM

Dear Students

You are using this site because you need help with your homework, projects or whatever paper it is for school.  You certainly want value for the money you paid for.  We get that sentiment.

In the same regard, some of us tutors actually go out our way to make detailed tutorials and put in explanations and notes in our tutorials because we do want to help you learn and understand and not just get throught the course by submitting your assignments on time or answering your assignment questions correctly.  As you want value for the money you're paying for our tutorials, I personally also want to provide you quality tutorials.

I ask that you take the time to think over just how much a tutorial is worth (in terms of the tutor's time and effort) before you go about complaining.  Before you rate a tutorial badly because you got some bad grade, I ask you to think about whether there was something you did that warranted the grade.  As I said, I don't post tutorials unless I'm at the very least 90% sure of the correctness.  Most of the time, this is due to changes in the question, the given data or the assignment format. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE TUTOR.

Whether noted in the questions posted or not, your responsibility as a student is to review the questions we outlined and compare whether these are the same questions as your requirements.  If you never bothered to do so, and claim you bought the incorrect tutorial or that the questions have been changed, who's to blame?  Certainly not us tutors.

Lastly, please remember that we are here to help.  As such, you need to send us messages asking for help or clarification if you need such.  Please be mature about being a user in this website. Rethink how you will react and send us a message before complaining or making a bad rating. You are all adults who should be acting as one and NOT ACTING OUT.  Thank you.
