I am bound to write this blog after my experience of around one year at SOF. 

I have strongly felt that there is a strong need for "Communication Agenda" to be set before us at SOF.

How to communicate?  

What to communicate? and

 Why to communicate?

I have been teaching my students in my classes the importance of communication and how so many of our problems can be solved by just sticking to certain basic principles which I think many of us would agree as we all must have encountered this problem some time or the other in our day-to-day communication with each others.

       One major flaw :              Many of us start with the impession that the other person with whom we are trying to communicate would understand everything we want to say. So, many of us tend to scribble just few lines without quoting the background or the context under which the communication is taking place. Remember ! we always communicate for other person and never for ourselves.

Second flaw:  We all never bother to respond even if it may require just "OK" or "NO" in our responses. But, we are not willing to sacrifice even few seconds of our valuable time to respond by saying so.

There are thousands of users interacting every day and number of interactions may vary, so how on earth would the reciever  be rest assured about the purpose of the message without the backdrop, references or contexts of any sort.

                 So, please buddies, it is my most humble request  to give the background, or some details while communicating. So that reciever can easily understand under what pretext the message is sent and for what purpose. we should not work under the cardinal principle that the other person should understand what he means to say. As none of us belong to the tribe of "NOSTRADAMUS". 

        WITH THE HOPE THAT THIS HUMBLE REQUEST SHALL BE ACTED UPON BY ALL OF US.................

             "SATISFACTION TO MY CLIENT" IS THE TOP PRIORITY BUT IN NO WAY THIS SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS ENCOURAGEMENT TO CHEATING".  

                There is a thin line betwen "CHEATING" and "TEACHING" at SOF, but my effort is to provide help in understanding the topic or subject and should not be taken up by students as ready to use material without even reading or going through it. It is my firm resolution to provide tutorials free from PLAGIARISM and would be of top quality. Every tutorial posted should be modified as per the individual needs as "THE ANSWERS AND SLOUTIONS ARE GUIDE AND HELP".

                        In case people are not satisfied, I am ready to burn my mid-night oil to edit, append and supplement in whatever way students would like. But, for heaven sake do not ask for refund becoz it sets a bad precedent for all. In exceptional cases when I am totally convinced that I have not deliverd as per the promise, I am ready to do that (refund), but, it is very rare.  SO READ MY BLOG AND PREVIEW CAREFULLY AND I PROMISE THAT I SHALL NEVER DISAPPOINT MY CLIENT.
