I definetely agree with you. I appreciate tremendously the excellent tutor and friend that I have
found on you. You are very, extremely professional and your ethics and standards go far and beyond.
I respect you and all the tutors at SOF (the ones that give their best for the students).
Thank you for all you do and your hard work and dedication.
My respect and appreciation goes to you.

For the nth time, if you have questions, clarifications or problems with the tutorial purchased...contact your tutor! Please do not go about giving bad ratings to tutors just because you have been unable to download the file or the file is missing. If you had taken the time to read the SOF site policies and FAQs you will find that for problems downloading the file, there is actually instructions there on some problem areas you might encounter when purchasing tutorials.
For weird characters or symbols in the tutorial file you purchased:
Go to the bottom of the web page under "Contact Us": Under "Purchasing Tutorials" > "My tutorial has weird characters in it". There you will find instructions on how to download the file properly:
When opening Microsoft Office files, my computer is displaying strange characters.
This is because the version of Microsoft Office on your computer is older than the one used to create the tutorials you are opening. You can install the following update to allow opening of these new files which will allow you to open (docx, pptx, xlsx, etc files)
Please install the compatibility kit from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941b3470-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en
If the tutorial file is missing, be responsible enough to send the tutor a message. Again, we are not infallible. We do forget things sometimes and if you give basis to our good ratings, you would know that forgetting to upload the tutorial file is an honest mistake and not something done intentionally. It's easy to spot the scammers and the real tutors, check their ratings and consider your past dealings with them. Bottomline is you need to communicate with your tutor for all questions and complaints before giving a rating. Provide them the same courtesy that you would expect from others if you were in our shoes.
Finally, allow your tutor 8-12 hours to get back to you. It may be news to you but we do have our own lives. We are not on SOF 24/7 and some of us actually have full-time jobs. So be courteous enough to give us time to respond to your queries or complaints. After all, you all will be professionals someday and how you act here in this virtual world of SOF reflects on what sort of person you are now or will become. Learn to be responsible and communicate with your tutors properly!
